A favorite amongst chefs around the world! Purely's Chilean Sea Bass filets are 100% sustainably caught by MSC certified fisherman at depths of 5000 feet in the chilly waters of the southern oceans. This fish is extremely buttery yet firm with a flaky tender flesh.  We LOVE them pan seared and finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon.  The flesh caramelizes to a beautiful golden brown color that looks amazing and tastes even better!
